These are the best quality meats Happy Hovel has found without canning our own! All the beef is chuck tender (heart of the chuck) with no added deleterious cover. The chicken and turkey is 50/50 breast and thigh. The pork is shoulder/tail meat (with the exception of the sausage and bacon).
They are boneless, canned in their own juices with a bit of salt and pepper. There are a variety of sizes - one could be just perfect for your personal storage!
